Kids Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai
Little Champs (ages 4 to 6) and Champs (ages 7 to 16), every weekday afternoon.
Adult Jiu-Jitsu
Gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a beginner Basic class, morning, noon and evening slots.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing
Pads, heavy bags and clinch work, with morning and evening classes.
MMA (All Access)
Every Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai class plus the Adult MMA sessions.
Train With a Champion
Frankie Edgar won the UFC Lightweight Championship in 2010, defended it three times, fought in three divisions and was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2024. He was born and raised in Toms River and still coaches on these mats every week.
Iron Army Academy is his gym, with two full mats in Toms River Mall Plaza: one for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, one for Muay Thai.
